Day 1 — Awareness
Slow down. Reconnect with your breath. Restore movement through the spine.
This session helps you release tension, improve control, and build the foundation for everything that follows.

Day 2 — Lower Body Control
This session is designed to rebuild your lower body from the ground up.
You’ll focus on the feet, ankles, knees, and hips — developing awareness, control, and stability through slow, intentional movement.
We prioritize alignment over intensity, helping your body move the way it was designed to.
This is where real strength begins — supported, stable, and sustainable.

Day 3 — Hip & Pelvic Control
This session focuses on the hips and pelvis through controlled movements like pelvic tilts and hip circles.
Improve mobility, coordination, and control at your center. Build strength that supports every movement.

Day 4 — Shoulders & Upper Back Control
This session focuses on the shoulders, upper back, neck, and wrists.
Through movements like thread the needle, wrist mobility work, and targeted shoulder exercises, you’ll improve flexibility, control, and alignment.
